Forklifts types which are suitable to use in warehouse

For example, the internal combustion forklift is suitable for outdoor use, because it has a relatively comfortable cab, roof and front window, which can withstand heavy wind, rain and snow, and has strong power. Larger cargo can be moved. Electric forklifts are more suitable for indoor use, with no tail smoke emissions and extremely low noise.

1. Warehouse forklift-electric stacker There are two types of electric stackers: full electric stackers and semi-electric stackers. The electric stackers are literal. The former is electrically controlled for traveling and lifting, which saves effort. The semi-electric stacker needs to be manually pulled or pushed by the forklift to walk, and the lifting is electric. The load capacity is 1-2 tons, and the working channel width is usually 2.3-2.8 meters. It has more masts than electric transfer vehicles in structure. The maximum height of the forks is within 4.8 meters. It is mainly used for the stacking and loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse.

2. Warehouse forklift-reach forklift The reach forklift can carry 1-2 tons, and the mast can be moved forward and retracted. When retracting, half of the channel width is 2.7-3.2 meters, and the height can be increased up to 11 meters. It is often used for stacking of equal height in the warehouse. And pick up.

3. Warehouse forklift-electric tractor The tractor is driven by an electric motor and uses its traction ability to pull the flatbed truck loaded with goods. It is often used for the transportation of large quantities of goods between workshops and workshops, such as railway stations, airports, or car manufacturing warehouses to the assembly line.

4. Warehouse forklift-4 wheel forklift For a three-point forklift, the front two wheels are driving wheels, and the rear two side-by-side polyurethane wheels are supporting points as steering wheels. The load capacity is usually 1-1.5 tons, the maximum fork lift height is 6 meters, and the working channel width is 2.7 -3 The three-pivot forklift is rear-wheel drive and front-wheel steering, suitable for use on the floor and in the carriage.

5. Warehouse forklift-electric pallet truck The electric pallet truck carries 1.5-3 tons, and the width of the working channel is usually half of 2.1-2.5 meters, which is suitable for long-distance transportation of goods in warehouses.
