Electric forklift charging has the following standards or specifications:

1, The battery charging or storage place should maintain good ventilation, ventilation facilities, to prevent the explosion of combustible gas.

2. No smoking, any flame and spark in the charging room of the forklift truck; Do not answer or make a phone call in the charging room. If you need to answer or make a phone call, please go outside the charging room.

3. Open the cover plate of the battery when charging. All battery covers must be securely sealed to prevent debris from entering.

4. The charging room must be equipped with 2 bottles of fire extinguishers.

5. Before each battery charge, the dust on the surface of the battery must be cleaned with compressed air before the battery can be charged

6. After each battery liquid is added, the battery surface must be wiped clean with a wet cloth to prevent static electricity.

7, During the charging period, unplug the charging plug will produce arc, so the first to close the charging switch (press the STOP button), before you can unplug the plug.

8. Rubber gloves should be used when checking or maintaining batteries to avoid electric shock.
