Electric forklifts with solid tires are preferred

The tire is one of the most important components on a forklift:
   Support the full weight of the vehicle, bear the forklift load, and transmit forces and moments in other directions;
Transmit the traction and braking torque to ensure good adhesion between the wheels and the road surface to improve the power, braking and passability of the forklift; together with the forklift suspension, it reduces the impact and attenuates the forklift during driving. The resulting vibration;
   Prevent forklift parts from violent vibration and early damage, adapt to the low-speed performance of the vehicle and reduce noise during driving, to ensure driving safety, handling stability, comfort, and energy-saving economy;

Why use solid tires:
   1. Excellent safe use performance, which is conducive to improving work efficiency
  Because the solid tire carcass is made of all rubber, the puncture resistance of the tire is guaranteed to the greatest extent, and the hidden danger of tire puncture during the load-bearing operation of industrial vehicles and in the harsh working environment is fundamentally eliminated. The load-deformation of solid tires is small, and the running stability is good. Because of its puncture resistance and tear resistance, it does not need to be inflated. It avoids the heavy labor of frequent tire repairs and tire changes. It can improve the utilization rate and work efficiency of the vehicle. It can run at low speed and efficiently. In vehicles, solid tires can completely replace pneumatic tires.
  
         2. Reasonable structure design to ensure the tire has better performance
  The solid tire adopts an advanced three-segment structure design, and the three rubber materials ensure the overall performance of the tire. High-rigidity, high-strength base rubber and steel ring support not only ensure the stiffness of the tire, but also ensure the tightness of the tire and rim, and fundamentally eliminate the slip ring problem of solid tires; the high-elastic intermediate rubber effectively It absorbs the vibration generated when the vehicle is running, has a comfortable driving performance, and avoids damage to the vehicle at the same time; the thickened tread rubber layer ensures the tear and wear resistance of the tire and increases the service life of the solid tire;
   
         3. advanced technology and formula design
         The production of solid tires has advanced technology with more than half a century of production history and experience. The rubber formula design has maximized the performance of the tires, especially the base rubber is all imported high-rigidity, low-heat-generating rubber materials. The heat generation and temperature rise during operation are minimized, and the heat resistance of the tire is improved, thereby solving the serious problems of solid tires such as swelling, slippage, and bursting caused by temperature rise; advanced formula design reduces the tire The rolling resistance. Tested by the National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the rolling resistance coefficient of solid tires is equivalent to that of pneumatic tires, which solves the problem of increased fuel consumption caused by changing to solid tires;
  
         4. Avoid vehicle tyre blowouts and out-of-control dangers, and promote safe production
  Pneumatic tires Rim-type solid tires are solid tires that can be used interchangeably with pneumatic tires of the same specification. When the vehicle is running at high speed, such as the tire hitting potholes and other obstacles, the tire will be severely compressed and deformed between the obstacle and the rim flange, which can cause the carcass cord to break, and the compressed air inside the tire will break. The line is pushed up to form a bulge. If it is more serious, it will cause the tire to crash, and it will be completely flattened instantly and the vehicle may lose control. Compared with pneumatic tires, it has the advantages of high safety, puncture resistance, tear resistance, wear resistance and long life. It is an ideal replacement product for pneumatic tires in the field of industrial vehicles. With the development of industrial vehicles and the improvement of solid tire production technology, this type of tire has been more and more widely used.
