A. Disassembly steps.
1. Remove the lower cover, clean the area around the oil pump and remove dust.
2. Disconnect the oil inlet hose and drain the oil from the oil pump with a pipe. It should be noted that the oil will often overflow. You should cover the pipe with a rag, first clamp a section of the oil inlet hose with a clamp to prevent oil from overflowing, and then remove it. Prevent impurities from entering the oil pump or pipe.
3. Remove the fixing bolts of the oil pump, and then separate the oil pump from the pump motor.
4. Drop into the oil pipe flange and disconnect the oil pump connector.
B. Decomposition steps.
Before disassembly, thoroughly clean the oil pump casing and prepare some new parts that need to be updated, such as non-reusable seals, oil seals, etc.
1. Place the oil pump on the clamp platform and loosen the bolts, move the pump to the worktable and then remove the bolts.
2. After making alignment marks on the pump body and the rear cover, remove the rear cover, and then remove the body sealing ring, bushing sealing ring and backing ring.
3. After making alignment marks on the pump casing and the fixing frame, remove the fixing frame, and then remove the body sealing ring, bushing sealing ring and backing ring.
4. Remove the snap ring from the fixing frame, and then remove the oil seal.
5. Remove the bearing box including transmission and driven gears from the fuselage.
