As a professional handling vehicle in the industry, forklifts have many driving requirements during driving. For these requirements, there is a "eight prohibitions." Do you know the eight inaccurate forklift operations? Which eight are it? What are the precautions for driving a forklift? Let's take a look!

Eight forklifts are inaccurate. Which eight are they?
1. During driving, it is forbidden to transport goods with high working distance.
2. Single fork action is not allowed.
3. It is forbidden to bring people to work on the forks or pallets. When lifting, no one is allowed under the forks.
4. It is not allowed to use forks to pick up and turn over the pallet to unload.
5. It is not allowed to use inertia to pick up the goods.
6. It is not allowed to use the braking inertia to roll easy rolling or round goods.
7. It is not allowed to use forks to transport cargo on board directly on the shore.
8. It is not allowed to directly use forks to transport flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods.
What are the precautions for driving a forklift?

Before using a forklift to transport goods, you must know the weight of the goods, and also pay attention that the weight of the goods must not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the forklift. At the same time, when lifting the packaged goods, observe whether the goods are tightly wrapped. Before using the forks, you need to adjust the fork spacing according to the size of the goods, so that the goods are evenly distributed between the two forks to avoid partial load.

And when the fork is inserted into the pile, the shelf should be tilted forward. After the cargo is loaded into the fork, the mast should be tilted backwards to make the cargo close to the fork wall, and the cargo should be as low as possible before driving. Only in this way can it be safer when transporting goods, and the speed can be guaranteed at the same time.

The above is the eight prohibitions on forklift operations and the precautions for driving the forklift. At the same time, be careful not to drive the car without closing the door or wearing a seat belt, and do not drive with poor safety equipment.

The tire is the only connection point between the forklift and the road. It not only bears the entire weight of the forklift and the weight of the cargo, but also responds to driving actions such as steering, acceleration and braking, and absorbs the impact of the road on the vehicle. Especially in winter when the ground is slippery, tires are crucial to driving safety and cannot be ignored!
