4. Check whether the battery power is sufficient. Generally, the battery of the warehouse forklift manufacturer is fully charged before leaving the factory, and it can be used when the goods arrive. However, it does not rule out the delay of the delivery date, or the force majeure encountered during the transportation process extends the transportation time, resulting in the consumption of electricity.
5. Cargo operation test (remember to go back and forth), carry out the cargo lifting test according to the load ratio data given by the warehouse forklift manufacturer, do a forward and backward tilt test for the forklift, remember not to move the vehicle when the forklift is lifting the fork . The correct steps for loading and unloading are: lift the forklift slightly until the pallet is off the ground, start the forklift, drive to a fixed position, lift the fork to a fixed position, unload, the fork exits the pallet, lower the fork, and start the forklift. After the basic inspection is done, it can be used after everything is normal.
6. Start the electric storage forklift to see if all functions are operating normally. Lifting of forks, tilting forward and backward of mast, etc.
7. Check whether the small electric forklift has oil leakage and whether the battery fluid is at the normal water level.
8. Check whether the safety signal indicator, forklift horn, etc. are normal.
9. Check that the fasteners are tight.
10. Check the interface of each component, and whether the connector of the power supply is properly connected.
There are also things to pay attention to during the use:
1. In general, large-scale enterprise warehouses will plan dedicated routes for electric forklifts. For safety reasons, operators should abide by the rules and drive along the routes.
2. Pay attention to pedestrians during driving, and warn in advance if you encounter pedestrians.
3. When using a small electric forklift for the first time, pay attention to slowing down and keeping the distance between the two shelves.
4. When the electric forklift is loading goods, remember to avoid other people near the vehicle. When raising the goods, pay attention to the height of the mast, and do not hit the ceiling of the warehouse.
5. When loading goods, the goods should be placed properly and not offset.
