As the most important component of the FORKLIFT, the tire supports the weight of the whole truck, bears the load of the forklift, and transmits forces and moments in other directions. FORKLIFT TRUCKS use solid tires much better than air tires. What is the reason for the forklift to use solid tires.
1. Leading recipe planning and skills

Solid tires have a history of more than half a century and have rich experience. In the rubber formulation planning, the performance of the tire has been improved to the greatest extent. In particular, the base rubber is all imported from abroad with high rigidity and low heat generation. The heat and temperature of the tire during operation are reduced to a minimum, and then the solid tire is processed. Serious problems such as swelling, slip ring, and burst caused by temperature rise; the leading formula planning has reduced the tire's rolling resistance. Checked by the National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Base, the rolling resistance coefficient of solid tires is appropriate to that of pneumatic tires. In this way, the problem of increased fuel consumption due to the replacement of solid tires is handled;

2. Prevent vehicle tires from puncture, present a dangerous situation out of control, and promote safe production

Compared with pneumatic tires, solid tires have the advantages of high safety, puncture resistance, tear resistance, wear resistance and long life. In the field of industrial vehicles, they are the ambition replacement products of pneumatic tires. With the development of industrial vehicles and the improvement of solid tire production skills, such tires are more and more widely used.
3. Solid tires have excellent safety performance, which is conducive to improving work efficiency

The carcass of solid tires is made of rubber, which ensures the tire's puncture resistance to a great extent, and eliminates the tire puncture danger of industrial vehicles in harsh working environments or during load-bearing operation. Solid tires have small load-deformation variables and good running stability. Because they are puncture-resistant and tear-resistant, they do not need to be inflated. In low-speed, high-efficiency vehicles, solid tires can completely replace pneumatic tires.

Solid tires use the leading three-stage structural planning, and the three types of rubber compounds ensure the overall performance of the tires. High-strength, high-rigidity bottom rubber and steel ring bracket can not only ensure the rigidity of the tire, but also ensure the tightness of the tire and the rim, thereby eliminating doubts about the slip ring of the solid tire; the highly elastic center glue can effectively absorb the vehicle The feeling of running, to prevent damage to the thick rubber layer of the tread of the car, to ensure the tear resistance and wear resistance of the tire, improve the wear resistance of the tire, and improve the service life of the solid tire.

A proper 250-hour service is not just an oil change. It is a structured inspection of the forklift's operating condition, lubrication points, mast and chain system, transmission components, brake system, tire condition, and key fasteners. For electric forklifts, it is also the right time to inspect and clean the battery, electrolyte, connectors, and electrical controls.
