14 Important Forklift Safety Rules. Warehouse men and women should approach operating forklifts with a high degree of caution and respect. We consider worker safety to be our number one priority, and as a forklift manufacturer, we strongly recommend that you follow these 14 rules.
 
1.Check the safety of the surroundings when starting
 

2.Drive at a speed that is safe to stop



3.Do not start or brake suddenly!



4.Slow down when turning the dome!



5.Pay attention to the turning characteristics of the forklift



6.Lower the forks, the mast tilts back



7.Do not drive with passengers



8.Drive backwards when loading large loads



9.Go forward when going uphill, go backwards when going downhill



10.Observe the traffic distinction and must stop temporarily when crossing the passage



11.Don't look around while driving



12.The key must be removed when leaving the forklift



13.Always drive at a safe speed when working at night



14.Pay attention to vision and blind spots
