In recent years, affected by the analysis of external environmental factors such as factory intelligence and the increase in human resource costs, the traditional logistics management work relying on human transportation will be transformed into automation and intelligence. The most important operation mode is mainly through internal The control system runs, and the scheduling system helps logistics and warehousing improve efficiency and makes management more flexible. Among them, the intelligent unmanned forklift is one of them.

The logistics system can play a very important role for the intelligent unmanned forklift. It is mainly used for raw material processing equipment and used in various industries. The trend of our huge truck market is increasing year by year at a double-digit rate.
Through the continuous rise of labor costs, the upgrading of manufacturing enterprises' transformation, the acceleration of technology and other factors, and the promotion of future development, forklift AGV has become an unstoppable trend, and is in line with the intelligent industry, intelligent logistics and the rapid growth of warehousing in the future. The show is more intelligent.

The AGV solution requires on-site investigation, collects all the information and customer needs needed for the project, and assists ours pre-sales technical engineers to make the project technical solution:
1. Discuss the preliminary requirements (you do not need to go to the site to understand the preliminary requirements and budget. See if there are available products or whether it is worth doing. 2. If the project is more reliable, understand the detailed requirements.

4. The two parties repeatedly communicated and modified the confirmation plan (work flow, AGV selection, quantity calculation, route planning, location planning, which software needs to be connected, etc.)
5. Confirm the technical agreement, implementation goals and acceptance criteria for subsequent operations.

AGV Environmental Requirements
    Ambient temperature: 0℃~+55℃.
    Altitude: No more than 1500m.
    Relative humidity: Monthly average value is no more than 90%, and maximum relative humidity is no more than 95%, no condensation from air.
Power source: Power source for battery charger of AGV is of AC three-phase five-wire system, with line voltage of 220V±10% AC, 50Hz.
    Road gradient: < 3%.
    Operating noise of AGV: ≤70dBA.
    Ground conditions: Unevenness per square meter of the ground shall be less than 5mm. Bearing capacity shall reach 1t/m2, and allowable specific pressure is no less than 1.0Mpa. The ground shall be capable of discharging static electricity for AGV.
    Crossbeam pallet rack: Verticality ≤1‰; level difference per layer ≤5mm; racks at both sides of aisle shall be aligned with each other, with deviation ≤10mm (suggestion: measured and adjusted by professionals)
    Requirements on wireless network: network standard: WLAN802.11; signal channel: channel 1.6.11 under 2.4GHz; signal strength ﹥-70Bm; at least 2 available access points on running route of vehicle (no disruption of communication when one of the APs is dropped)
    Additional position-limit devices shall be installed at locations of all pallets involved that are to be handled manually, so as to fix position of pallets, with deviation within ±10mm.
