First of all, we need to conduct standardized operations on forklifts. The mast of the forklift shall not be deformed and the welding seam shall be unsoldered. The rolling gap of the inner and outer masts shall be adjusted reasonably and shall not be larger than 1.5mm. The rollers shall be sensitive to rolling, and the rollers and shafts shall be free of cracks and defects. The wear of the wheel groove shall not be greater than 10% of the original size. The tension of the two lifting chains should be uniform, without distortion, and reliable connection between the ends. The pitch of the chain should not exceed 4% of the original length, otherwise the chain should be replaced. Sprocket rolling should be sensitive.

The fork frame shall not be severely deformed, and the welding seam shall not be welded. There must be no cracks or open welding on the surface of the fork. The fork root angle must not be greater than 93°, and the thickness must not be less than 90% of the original scale. The height difference between the left and right fork tips shall not exceed 3% of the horizontal length of the fork. The fork positioning should be reliable, the support surface and positioning surface of the fork hook should not have significant defects, the cooperation gap between the fork and the fork frame should not be too large, and the movement should be smooth. In the process of using a forklift, we must pay attention to its maintenance to extend its service life.

In addition, it is very important to do the daily maintenance of the forklift.
To make the forklift work normally and reliably, and to give full play to the potential of the forklift, regular maintenance measures are required. Technical maintenance measures are generally:
1. Daily maintenance, after each shift.
2. Level 1 technical maintenance. After a total of 100 hours of work, one shift is equivalent to 2 weeks.
3. Secondary technical maintenance. After 500 hours of accumulated work, one shift is equivalent to one quarter.

How often does the forklift need to be maintained? This is very important. Generally, such as manual pallet trucks and manual stackers. Due to their few parts, the maintenance cycle can be appropriately designed to be longer, such as once a half-year (500 hours) maintenance, etc., while electric forklifts, internal combustion forklifts, and dual-fuel forklifts , Reach forklift, etc. Due to its many parts, good maintenance is necessary under standard operation, and the maintenance time can be designed to be short, such as 3 months (250 hours) maintenance, etc. Regular maintenance is a forklift A strong guarantee for safe and efficient work!
