Always check the height of the forklift's electrolyte during the use of the forklift, and add replenisher at an appropriate time.

1. The height of the electrolyte is 10-15 mm higher than the electrode plate. For batteries with two red lines, the electrolyte cannot exceed the red line marked above, otherwise the overflowing electrolyte will overflow from the small holes in the battery cover. As we all know, the electrolyte is conductive. Once it flows between the positive and negative poles of the battery, it will form a self-discharge of the battery loop. In this case, wipe off the electrolyte or rinse with boiling water.

2. If something falls into it accidentally when adding electrolyte, do not use metal to fish it out. You should use wooden rods to pick out impurities. For example, iron or copper wire is used to fish, metal molecules will enter the battery under the corrosion of sulfuric acid. Form self-discharge, and damage the battery.

3. During the charging and discharging process of the battery, the water in the electrolyte will gradually decrease due to electrolysis and evaporation, causing the electrolyte level to drop. If it is not replenished in time, it may shrink the service life of the battery. Distilled water should be replenished in time and should not be replaced with pure drinking water. Because the purified water contains a variety of trace elements, it will cause adverse effects on the battery.

The charger comes with a charging sequence protection function. The correct charging sequence is:
1. When charging, first insert the plug of the charger into the charging plug L of the battery, and then connect the charger to the AC power source;
2. After charging, disconnect the AC power first, and then pull out the charging plug.

Due to the large charging current of the battery, if the charger is plugged into the AC terminal first, the charger power supply will complete the startup state, so that once the battery is inserted, a large inrush current will be generated. The excessive inrush current will easily damage the charger and cause damage to the battery. The service life of the battery is affected. On the contrary, give the charger a soft start process, so that the charging current will have a delay and gradually increase the start process, which is beneficial to the protection of equipment.

The tire is the only connection point between the forklift and the road. It not only bears the entire weight of the forklift and the weight of the cargo, but also responds to driving actions such as steering, acceleration and braking, and absorbs the impact of the road on the vehicle. Especially in winter when the ground is slippery, tires are crucial to driving safety and cannot be ignored!
